The staff was very attentive and efficient, the accommodation was ideal and clean. It had excellent location, the place was close to Zaragoza city centre.

The rooms were neat and we could park on site. This hotel had a very central position right across the river from the cathedral.

The venue was in a very central location near to the Plaza del Pilar and the main streets of Zaragoza and the main square and c. We went to Vorare, located minutes away from the hotel, to have some dinner.

The staff were friendly and the underground car park was convenient for those with vehicles. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby cafes for breakfast options.

The signage and lighting for the underground car park could be improved, making it difficult for guests to find and navigate.
